Friday, Oct 10th
4pm: Optional pre-event walk through of all stages for the teams.
Teams will disclose which of their vehicles will run which stages at the end of the
walk throughs. (Those teams opting not to do the walk-through need to notify
Debbie with which vehicles will be running which stages by 6pm Friday evening.)
6pm: Tech inspection of teams’ vehicles and drawing of running order begins at Hannibal Rocks.
Saturday, Oct 11th
8am: Tech inspection for those teams not here on Friday.
9:30am: Teams gather at the mud pit. Shops, Sponsors and Clubs displays should be in the parking lot at this time.
9:45am: Introductions and National Anthem.
10am: Stage 1 begins—Mud bog hosted by Southern Illinois Jeep Association.
11:30am: Mud bog ends. Lunch Break.
Noon: Stage 2 begins—Technical Trail Challenge in area north of parking lot hosted by Midwest Jeep Thing.
2:30pm: Stage 2 ends.
3pm: Stage 3 begins---Timed trail run in bowl area just north of parking lot hosted by Mid Rivers Jeep Thing.
4:30pm: Day one of competition ends.
Sunday, Oct 12th
9:45am: Introductions and National anthem in Truck Pull area.
10am: Stage 4 begins---Truck sled pull hosted by Central Illinois Jeep Coalition.
Noon: Stage 4 ends. Lunch Break.
12:30pm: Stage 5 begins---Rockcrawl Challenge in main quarry hosted by Two Rivers Jeep Club.
3pm: Thank-yous and Awards ceremony.
